The farm is large, located in a hilly and flat area that falls on the irrigation perimeter of the
Consortium for Reclamation of Central Sardinia and boasts fixed equipment such as stables and barns, milking hall, wells etc. in addition to mechanical means and plant engineering that allow maximum rationalization of the activity carried out. A flock of 200 sheep and numerous pigs guarantee the supply of dairy products, fresh and preserved meat (ham, bacon, capocollo and guanciale), as well as sausages (sausages and salami) all to be tasted
at the farm.
