All the Sardinian dishes prepared in the kitchen of the Manasi Farmhouse feature all the passion and quality of tradition. Thus a menu is born that aims to rediscover ancient and genuine flavours thanks to a selection of dishes that can satisfy every palate.
First courses:
Macarrones de punzu, Macarrones de busa, Talliarinos, Alisanzas, Ravioli, Gnocchi, Soup.
Second courses:
Roasted spit of porcetto, Roast lamb, Roast kid, Boiled sheep.
Typical local sweets:
Sebadas, Casatinas, Origliettas, Papassinos, Biscottos de caffè, Amarettos, Fusones, Pistiddu.
You can also taste Aranzata and Pompia Intrea perhaps accompanied by the typical myrtle liqueur.
Wine, cheese and salami:
The menu also offers a wine list that boasts its own productions, as well as a selection of cold cuts, such as ham, bacon, capocollo, pillows, salami and sausages. We also offer fresh and aged cheeses of first quality.
