Production of oil and carasau bread
Given the fertility of the land, Manasi Farm is located has been able to specialize in the cultivation of cereals and durum wheat, excellent for preparing carasau bread but also the typical Sardinian fresh pasta (macarrones de punzu, macarrones de busa, talliarinos, alisanzas, gulurjones) and traditional sweets (sebadas, casatinas, origliettas, papassinos, biscottos de caffè, amarettos). The company also grows various horticultural varieties such as potatoes, tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, watermelons, melons, cucumbers, peas, broad beans and green beans. These ingredients are excellent fresh, but are also prepared in oil and vinegar.
Fresh fruit for jams
The farm specializes in the cultivation of fresh fruit, in particular citrus fruits (oranges, mandarins, lemons, pomps), which are used to prepare tasty jams, candied fruit and desserts to be enjoyed at Agriturismo Manasi. Two vineyards produce grapes for both the table and wine (in particular red), along with myrtle which is used to make traditional liqueur.
